This is one of my favorite childhood treats. I remember go through the line for school lunch and being very excited when it was "Peanut Butter Finger" day. I later found this recipe from a family friend, and have been making these cookies bars for many years. They are easy and simple, and who doesn't like chocolate and peanut butter. I have even wone Ward Dessert contests with them. --Eric
